Conference attendance includes:

  • Attendance at the Conference on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th June 2010
  • Light refreshments during the 8th & 9th June during the day

Day delegate includes:

Bed and breakfast accommodation for the Monday night is available at a discounted rate of £89.00 including VAT.  If you would like accommodation for the Monday night please select this option when you register below.

The hotel is offering special rates for those of you who wish to bring your partner with you.  Costs are as follows:

  • Partners staying with delegate on Tuesday night, conference dinner and breakfast.
    £55.00 including vat

  • Partners staying with delegate on Tuesday night and having breakfast only.
    £20.00 including vat

If you would like to take advantage of any of the above partner offers select your preference when you complete your delegate details. We will reserve accommodation and/or dinner on your behalf but you will need to settle the outstanding account before you depart the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
In line with HAIAF's contract with the hotel, no refunds will be given for bookings cancelled within 28 days of the start of the conference. Refunds for cancellation prior to this will be made at 50% of the amount paid.

Delegates may be substituted up to 7 days prior to the start of the conference.
